Among the important missions of the Library-Museum of Military History, of the ANMI Group of Ortona, there is that of promoting reading.
This is the reason for the birth of the column "About ... ", with the intention of proposing to the visitor of the site some passages of a text, chosen from those in the library catalog, which goes to recall, recall and contemplate facts and / or historical events related to the current ones.
However, the visitor interested in a particular topic can access the LIBRARY page of the site, where specific catalogs can direct for research. The text can be requested for reading or consultation, by formulating the request in the appropriate mask on the CONTACTS page, or by using the various contact points listed on the same page.
